Campaign Operations Associate

TechTarget is seeking a QSO Campaign Operations Associate who will be a key member of the Product Operations team supporting Qualified Sales Opportunity (QSO) campaigns. In this dynamic role, the individual will primarily responsible for managing all the behind-the-scenes aspects of a QSO campaign from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and successful campaign.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Manage all behind-the-scenes aspect of a QSO campaign;
  • Collect, assess and communicate complex campaign requirements;
  • Select and distribute deliverables to customers daily;
  • Track and monitor progress and health of all campaigns;
  • Provide top-notch customer service by providing quality assurance on all outgoing customer deliveries and ensuring customer program goals are accurately met;
  • Identify and troubleshoot campaign and/or customer-facing issues;
  • Provide status and performance reports QSO Fulfillment, Marketing Ops and QSO Sales management;
  • Manage and monitor forecasted revenue;
  • Work closely with Finance to ensure proper revenue recognition on a monthly basis;
  • Use various reports to monitor pacing of programs and work closely with internal teams to ensure timely campaign delivery on all standard deals;
  • Support day-to-day operational tasks and take on additional projects as the need arises;and,
  • Always be on the lookout for opportunities to streamline operations.

Knowledge, skills and abilities required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (concentration in marketing, management or business a plus, but not required);
  • 0-2 years of experience (experience working as a Campaign Manager a plus, but not required);
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
  • Demonstrated self-starter and extremely reliable;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • The ability and willingness to understand the targeted needs of B2B advertisers, IT professionals, and the IT industry as a whole;
  • Ability to work with a variety of colleagues in a fast-paced environment with the ability to handle multiple deadlines and projects;
  • Accurate data entry skills, problem solving ability and the ability to demonstrate initiative and work independently;
  • Solid time management skills with the ability to multi-task, work independently and meet aggressive deadlines; and,
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and computer application literate.
