Michael Clarke

Michael Clarke is an associate director at Crest Advisory, and the company’s specialist in police IT, He has worked for major corporations including Serco and G4S, and advised others including Atos, Lockheed Martin and the Police ICT Company. Originally a journalist, he worked both in the computing press and for Police Review magazine. He has also worked at the Department of Health, managing communications around the NHS IT Programme.
