Scott Sachs is president of SJS

technology. He has more than 25 years of experience in leading and growing multi-site contact
centers in different industries. Prior to SJS Solutions, he held senior management positions at Assurant Solutions and Comcast
Sachs has an MBA from Columbia University and a BS from the State University of New York at
Albany. He's published numerous articles on contact center strategies and has led webinars/podcasts
on other customer service topics.
