Greg Strakosch, Co-Founder and CEO

Greg Strakosch, Co-Founder and CEO, has led the company from start-up to public company (NASDAQ: TTGT).

Since its launch in 1999, Strakosch has grown TechTarget into the leading online media company in the technology market, with more than 50 web sites. The company has approximately 600 employees in Needham, MA, San Francisco, New York, Atlanta, Cincinnati, London, India and China. A host of organizations has recognized TechTarget’s success and the innovation and leadership that Strakosch has brought to bear.

Prior to founding TechTarget, Strakosch was President of the Technology Division of United Communications Group (UCG), a leading business-to-business information provider, where he grew the business more than 15-fold in six years through internal growth, new product development and acquisitions. Strakosch joined UCG in 1992 when the company acquired Reliability Ratings, a successful IT publishing company he founded in 1989. Before Reliability Ratings, Strakosch spent six years in senior sales and marketing positions at EMC Corporation, which he joined as the company's 29th employee.

Strakosch has a BA from Boston College.
