Office Administrator

Great opportunity for a recent college graduate!! This is an entry-level position with lots of room for growth and exposure to many different departments within the company!
TechTarget is searching for an Office Administrator/Receptionist who will be responsible for the following:
- Provide telephone coverage at all times and coordinate coverage with back-up;
- Greet and direct visitors/deliveries;
- Perform day-to-day administrative tasks (e.g. faxing, photocopying, mail distribution data entry, ordering and maintaining supplies);
- Provide general office maintenance including restocking supplies, conference room management and general kitchen and mailroom organization
- Work with various departments throughout the company on special projects; and
- Various other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, skills and abilities required:
- Bachelor's degree;
- Customer Service Orientation;
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Must be well organized, systems oriented and have a strong attention to detail;
- Consistency and Reliability;
- Ability to work independently and as a team member;
- Ability to plan effectively to meet deadlines;
- Flexibility;
- Enthusiasm; and
- Work effectively with individuals with different styles and approaches
