Part-time Office Administrator
Alpharetta, GA
TechTarget is searching for a part-time (10- 15 hours per week with 2 hours per day minimum) Office Administrator for our Alpharetta, GA office. The Office Administrator will be responsible for performing day to day administrative tasks including:
- Management of Office & Kitchen Supplies;
- Manage office equipment: When necessary, coordinate with IT department in the SF & Needham offices, consultants or vendors for printers, servers, phones, appliances;
Pick up and sorting of Fed Ex/Mail;
- Back-up contact for property management, may include: building access, and other building or office issues
- Help coordinate any office events; and
- Expenses: Manage the expense reimbursement reminder calendar, and ship all expense reports to Needham office twice a month
Knowledge, skills and abilities required:
- Customer service orientation;
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Must be well organized, systems oriented and have a strong attention to detail;
- Consistency and reliability;
- Ability to work independently and as a team member;
- Ability to plan effectively to meet deadlines;
- Flexibility;
- Enthusiasm; and,
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with different styles and approaches
