Product Marketing Manager, TechTarget
Data Center and Virtualization Media

Newton, MA

TechTarget is seeking a Product Marketing Manager, who will report to the Data Center/Virtualization Media Group’s Director of Product Management & Marketing, and assist with the creation and execution of the group’s product initiatives and promotional marketing strategies.

Essential Job Functions:

• Oversee creation and delivery of all editorially produced products;
• Tracking site and event product inventory and profits to ensure margins are being hit;
• Act as the lead for group initiatives such as seminars, conferences and new site launches ;
• Manage any product delivery issues as they arise to ensure the success of the Group’s campaigns;
• Proofread sales collateral and coordinating its placement on the corporate intranet; and
• Assist in review of all promotional copy for site product promotions and sponsored programs

Knowledge, skills and abilities required:

• BA required;
• Strong marketing and writing experience; experience working in or with Sales a plus;
• Strong communications skills;
• Ideal candidate will have worked in marketing for a high-tech vendor in outbound marketing capacity or in IT media; and,
• 2-4 years marketing experience
