Trafficking Specialist, Content Syndication and Email Promotion

Needham, MA, San Francisco, CA or Alpharetta, CA

TechTarget is seeking a Trafficking Specialist who will assist in trafficking all content syndication documents and promotional e-mails. As part of the Operations team, the successful candidate will be highly detail oriented, comfortable in a customer-facing role, personable and experienced at working to tight deadlines.

Essential Job Functions:

• Work directly with other internal business users to traffic all client-provided content syndication and promotional emails;
• Perform Quality Assurance on all trafficked materials, which includes grammar, spelling and coding errors;
• Interact closely with other members of the Operations team to complete trafficking tasks accurately and by deadlines;
• Summarize client content for distribution across the TechTarget network;
• Optimize under-performing campaigns through content optimization and additional email promotions,
• Learn Information Technology terminology and be able to successfully catalog content

Knowledge, skills and abilities required:

• High proficiency in reading comprehension and the ability to summarize content
• Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Attention to detail a must
• Ability to manage and execute on multiple tasks
• Familiarity with HTML desirable
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems independently and with internal departments
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills – Must efficiently meet deadlines
• B.A. or B.S. degree required
