Trafficking Specialist, Whitepapers, West

TechTarget is seeking a White Paper Trafficking Specialist for our Operations Team. In this position, you will work closely with multiple internal teams to ensure the successful execution of white paper campaigns including all associated promotions. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, capable of multi-tasking, and deadline driven. This position is located in our San Francisco, CA office.

Responsibilities Include:

• Review deliverables documents for specification compliance;
• Work with multiple internal applications to syndicate and publish White Papers to the TechTarget network;
• Work with Client Services and Site Marketing to ensure a successful campaign is delivered;
• Enter meta-data, keywords and catalog terms to ensure Search Engine Optimization (SEO);
• Generate e-mail promotions using internal applications;
• Work with team members on an on-going basis to conduct quality control;
• Look for opportunity to improve process and create efficiencies;
• Optimizing low-performing campaigns through email sponsorships; and,
• Work with Product Development to troubleshoot campaigns

Knowledge, skills and abilities required:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, fun environment;
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite;
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written);
• Attention to detail a must;
• Ability to manage and execute on multiple tasks;
• Familiarity with HTML desirable;
• Ability to work independently in a deadline oriented environment;
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems independently and with internal department;
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills – Must efficiently meet deadlines;
• B.A. or B.S. degree required; and,
• 0 – 3 years working experience
