Campaign Manager, National Accounts, East
Needham, MA
TechTarget is seeking a Campaign Manager, National Accounts. This Campaign Manager is a key position supporting our National Sales Team on the East Coast, in all campaign management and post sales activity. This position works very closely with Agencies, managing all aspects of the National Account campaigns. Specifically, this role also has the responsibility of assisting with trafficking all creative and managing the order management for all sales orders for finance. This is an extremely critical position that will assume direct communication with Agencies on behalf of National Sales.
Essential Job Functions:
- Responsible for performance tracking, lead reporting, and maintenance for National Account campaigns;
- Manage backlog as it relates to the National Account campaigns and revenue recognition;
- Provide backup for National Account Sales Reps when reps are unavailable;
- Secure all necessary creative and deliverables for National Account Campaigns;
- Provide source of general information for National Account Sales Reps, as needed (research, presentations, etc);
- Facilitate involvement of other company departments with issues of National Account Campaigns, as needed; and,
- Respond to other requests of National Account Sales Reps, as needed
Knowledge, skills and abilities required:
- B.A. or B.S. degree required;
- Two to three years experience working as a Customer Service Representative or Sales Administrator;
- Proven sales and client management abilities, preferably to the advertising and agency marketplace;
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs;
- Must have experience with applications such as Ad Serving Software and Order Management Systems;
- Ability to meet deadlines and adjust to ever-changing requirements and responsibilities;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; and,
- Must be extremely organized and detail oriented
