TechTarget to Enter European Market with Launch of TechTarget Spain

IT Media Company Inks Partnership with Spanish IT Publisher Kunzer International to Create Targeted Web Sites for IT Professionals in Spain and Spanish-speaking Latin America

NEEDHAM, Mass. – July 25, 2005 --Information technology (IT) media company TechTarget announced today that it has partnered with Kunzer Ediciones, S.L. (http://www.kunzer.com), Spain’s no. 1 IT publisher, to develop Spanish-language versions of TechTarget media targeting specific communities of IT professionals. The two companies will launch TechTarget Web sites to provide original news and features, expert advice, and highly targeted e-newsletters to Spanish-speaking IT professionals and executives. In a later phase of the partnership, Kunzer editorial staff will enhance each property with local content about Spanish and Latin American IT professionals, IT vendors and products.
The deal marks the first European venture for TechTarget, which has launched properties in five Asian countries over the past 15 months.

TechTarget Spain will enable advertisers to reach IT professionals and executives in Spain and Latin America. While Spain has historically lagged its European counterparts in development, a recent growth surge has created a fertile market for providers of enterprise IT products and services. The Latin American IT market is among the fastest-growing sectors of the worldwide IT economy. At 10.6 percent, growth in the Latin American IT market is more than double the 2004 worldwide average of 5 percent.
