TechTarget Ranked #6 among Midsize Companies, #18 Overall in The Boston Globe’s 100 Top Places to Work ‘09

Needham, MA – November 10, 2009 – Technology media company TechTarget, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTGT) has been ranked #6 among midsize companies and #18 overall on the 100 Top Places to Work in Massachusetts list in The Globe’s second annual employee-based survey project. This is the second consecutive time TechTarget has ranked in The Globe’s listing, in addition to recently being recognized as one of the area’s “Best Places to Work” by Boston Business Journal for the fourth time. The Globe 100’s Top Places to Work ’09 magazine was published in the Sunday Globe on November 8. Online, the report can be found at www.boston.com/topworkplaces.

The Top Places to Work recognizes the most progressive companies in the state based on a confidential survey of their employees. More than 1,000 companies were invited to participate and 86,000 individual employees completed surveys. The rankings are based on 6 factors: Direction, Execution, Managers, Career, Conditions, and Pay and Benefits.

TechTarget is ranked #18 on the overall list and #6 on the midsize companies list, defined as companies with between 250 and 999 employees.
