Associate Campaign Manager
TechTarget is seeking an Associate Campaign Manager who will be a key member of the Customer Success Operations Team. The Associate Campaign Manager is primarily responsible for supporting Sales and Customer Success Management in managing campaigns from inception to completion to ensure complete customer satisfaction. This includes the day-to-day responsibility of coordinating the receipt of campaign deliverables, managing the campaign and all the reporting.
The Associate Campaign Manager works with each internal department and/or individual involved in coordinating the execution of a campaign. The Associate Campaign Manager will also help in highlighting program performance with the delivery of reporting as well as work closely with the Customer Success Management team on perception management materials for each customer.
Essential Job Functions:
- Coordinate the receipt of creative materials and deliverables from Agencies and/or Advertisers to ensure deadlines are met for Online the fulfillment of their programs;
- Build relationships with Advertisers, providing a positive customer experience in order to help build a loyal customer base;
- Communicate daily with the Sales team, Customer Success, Product Management, Product Fulfillment and Senior Management with regard to campaign status, performance and execution;
- Provide excellent Customer Service by responding to internal and external customer inquiries over the telephone and through email;
- Provide order status and performance reports to Sales Reps and Customer Success Management; and,
- Work closely with Finance to ensure proper revenue forecasting and recognition on a weekly basis. This includes preparing Change Orders for both Operations and Finance.
Knowledge, skills and abilities required:
- B.A. or B.S. degree required;
- Proven sales and client management abilities, preferably to the advertising and agency marketplace;
- Experience working as a Customer Service Representative or Sales Administrator;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Extremely reliable - team player;
- Professional phone skills;
- Must have the ability to handle multiple deadlines, phone calls and projects;
- Must be a fast thinker and be able to make decisions quickly; and,
- Accurate data entry skills, problem solving ability and the ability to work independently.
