The 2025 US Tech & IT Salary Report highlights key findings
from InformationWeek’s annual salary survey of the US
technology sector, which was conducted from April to
September 2025.

InformationWeek analyzed survey answers from
approximately 400 US technology and IT professionals.
These participants worked across technology fields such as
IT, cybersecurity, networking, data centers, communications,
engineering, and application development. They also
represented a broad spectrum of industries, job functions,
seniority levels, and educational backgrounds.

This report examines their experiences and provides key
insights into topics including salaries and benefits packages,
job satisfaction, job security, and the impact of AI.
