It’s one of the most comprehensive and objective studies of workplace productivity to date, with new insights in four key areas: AI adoption and impact, productivity, employee well-being and engagement and work locations.

Key findings:

• Productive hours increased 5% even as workdays got shorter

• 80% of employees now use AI tools, up from 53%

• Time spent in AI tools increased 8x
