Set Outlook calendar permissions for group to view private meetings

Learn how to grant Microsoft Outlook calendar permissions, including access to private Microsoft Outlook calendar meetings, to a select group of users.

Is there a way to allow a small group of staff to view all of my Microsoft Outlook calendar meetings, even 'private' meetings? I've tried changing the Outlook calendar permissions, but without success.

You can grant permissions to your Microsoft Outlook calendar by adding the desired staff members as "delegates" to your mailbox. In Microsoft Outlook, go to Tools -> Options -> Delegates tab. Click the Add button and select the users' names from the address list. Then grant them permission to your Outlook calendar and make sure to enable the checkbox that says "Delegate Can See My Private Items." This should solve your problem.
