Alexander Martin

Alexander Martin is a PhD candidate in Science and Technology Studies at York University. He is a Youth Fellow at the Centre for Media, Technology and Democracy and a Digital Policy Hub doctoral fellow at the Centre for International Governance Innovation (CIGI). His research focuses on digital governance, alternative social media and technology policy, with particular attention to information integrity, AI governance and platform governance. He has worked with NATO’s Office of the Chief Scientist and the United Nations Information Integrity Unit.
