Dr. Bilin Aksun-Guvenc is an IEEE member and research professor in the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at Ohio State University since September 2017. She is co-founder and co-director of the Automated Driving Lab at Ohio State University. Her expertise is in automotive control systems, such as autonomous vehicles, connected vehicles, adaptive cruise control, cooperative adaptive cruise control, collision avoidance systems, cooperative collision avoidance systems, electronic stability control, intelligent transportation systems, smart mobility and smart cities.
