Craig Stedman

Craig Stedman has more than 40 years of experience as an enterprise IT journalist. In his current role as an industry editor at TechTarget, he edits and writes articles on data technologies and processes. He covers topics such as business intelligence, advanced analytics, data management, data governance and the use of AI in those areas. Stedman is primarily responsible for creating in-depth editorial packages that provide insight and expert advice to data leaders and their teams to help them manage initiatives. He also helps produce separate features and news analysis articles.

Stedman joined TechTarget in 2009 and previously served as a senior executive editor and a site editor. Prior to that, he worked for 16 years as a news editor and reporter at Computerworld, covering various aspects of enterprise IT. He has won or shared in numerous Azbee editorial excellence awards from the American Society of Business Publication Editors for his work at both TechTarget and Computerworld.

Stedman holds a bachelor's degree in journalism from Boston University.
