Dylan J. White is an independent researcher and writer based in St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada, and a visiting fellow within the Digital Policy Hub at the Centre for International Governance Innovation. He recently completed a Ph.D. in philosophy at the University of Guelph, where his research focused on AI ethics.
