Emer Coleman

Emer Coleman is the former deputy director of digital engagement at the Government Digital Service. She created the London Datastore which released all of London’s public sector data into the public domain to stimulate innovation. She is the only non-US contributor to the book Beyond transparency: Open data and the future of civic innovation.

She writes about the intersection of politics, democracy and society.
