Karen Kervin

Karen advises leading IT vendors and service providers on their product strategies and roadmaps. She also creates unified communications and network strategies, manages RFPs and provides directed IT advice for companies ranging from the Fortune 50 to the Fortune 2000.

Karen spent 10 years with Avaya Inc. where she led Competitive VoIP/UC research. Her earlier background was in traditional TDM telephone equipment and adjuncts, in sales, sales management and competitive analysis with Southwestern Bell, AT&T and Lucent Technologies.

Karen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business, marketing and management, from Southeast Missouri State University. She is active in charitable food drives, enjoys creating recipes and cooking, and delights in deep-sea fishing.
