Katherine Finnell is an award-winning B2B technology journalist with more than a decade of experience covering the unified communications and collaboration (UCC) industry. As a senior editor of TechTarget's Enterprise Software group, she writes and edits content to help IT leaders make informed UCC buying decisions.
