Nic Milani

Nic Milani is the Executive Director Cloud Solutions at Crestron, a global technology company that automates exceptional workplace and home environments. He drives the business, development and sales strategy for Crestron's cloud solutions, which help corporations optimize their investments in their people, IT and real estate. He leads a team focused on the Crestron Fusion® enterprise management platform, as well as Crestron's personal productivity app, PinPoint™.

Prior to joining Crestron, Nic was the Director of Technology Solutions, Herman Miller, an innovator in furnishings, personal work accessories and related technologies. He helped align the company's product plans with trends shaping today's enterprise environments, such as the rise in global collaboration and activity-based workplaces.

A mechanical engineer by training with more than a decade of experience in sales, marketing, engineering, manufacturing and product development, Nic began his career with Motorola, Inc., where he obtained his Six Sigma Green Belt. He later held a variety of roles with Havis, Inc., where he rose to Vice President of Marketing and Business Development. There, he focused on the user-centered design of mobile computing technology in police and utility vehicles, and their impact on employee effectiveness.

Nic holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, magna cum laude, from Western Michigan University with a minor in Mathematics.
