As CEO of analyst firm Metrigy, Robin Gareiss oversees research product development, conducts primary research and advises enterprises and technology providers. She's advised hundreds of senior IT executives for more than 25 years and developed industry interactive cost models for the world's largest enterprises and vendors. A recognized expert in the communications field -- specializing in AI-enabled customer engagement, customer experience analytics and contact center platforms -- Gareiss leads Metrigy's digital transformation and customer experience research.
Before launching Metrigy, Gareiss was president and co-founder of Nemertes Research, and she held senior editorial positions at InformationWeek, Data Communications and Communications Week. She's published hundreds of research reports and won multiple awards for her analyses of business technology issues. Her work has appeared in the New York Times, Newsweek, Chicago Tribune, American Medical News and others. She holds a Bachelor of Science in journalism from the University of Illinois and serves on its Media Advisory Council.
