As CEO, Robin Gareiss oversees research product development, conducts primary research and advises enterprises, vendors and carriers. She's advised hundreds of senior IT executives for over 25 years and developed industry interactive cost models for the world's largest enterprises and vendors. A recognized expert in the communications field -- specializing in contact center, AI-enabled customer engagement, customer success analytics and UCC -- Gareiss leads Metrigy's digital transformation and digital customer experience research.
Before launching Metrigy, Ms. Gareiss was president and co-founder of Nemertes Research. She's published hundreds of research reports and won multiple awards for her analyses of business-technology issues; her work has appeared in the New York Times, Chicago Tribune and others. She holds a Bachelor of Science in journalism from the University of Illinois and serves on its Media Advisory Council.
