Sucre Kevin Cando

Sucre Kevin Cando has worked for nearly six years in embedded systems, starting with C scripts when he was 16. He fell in love with C programming, making it his most proficient programming language. In college, he became interested in electronics, pursuing a telecommunications and electronics engineering degree. Kevin's excellence in programming then led him to pursue a computer science degree. He has since developed many frameworks and projects.

As a software developer, Kevin has found his passion lies at the point where hardware and software meet: IoT. He is currently the head of IoT at Pacificsoft. In 2018, he came in third place in IBM's Call for Code with an IoT proposal. Next, Kevin will be pursuing a PhD in mathematics, following his love for machine learning and algorithms, and to make his IoT proposal a reality.
