Tom Bartlett is the founder of Bartlett Data Ltd. He spent 22 years in the NHS, working at Trust level in frontline data and BI roles before joining NHS England as deputy director of data engineering, where he led the 150-person team that built the Federated Data Platform. He now advises NHS Trusts and health tech companies on data platform strategy.
