Tom Bartlett is the founder of Bartlett Data Ltd. He spent 22 years in the NHS, working at Trust level in frontline data and BI roles before joining NHS England as deputy director of data engineering, where he led the 150-person team that built the Federated Data Platform (FDP). He now advises NHS Trusts and healthtech companies on data platform strategy.
As an independent consultant, Tom has no relationship or association with NHS England or Palantir, the supplier of the software that underpins FDP.
