Editor's note
One of the biggest conferences in the IT world resumed a sense of normalcy this year, offering attendees both a virtual and in-person option.
AWS re:Invent 2021 attendees were once again able to network face-to-face with their peers and participate in hands-on learning opportunities, such as labs and boot camps. Between keynotes and breakout sessions, conferencegoers enjoyed the social aspects of re:Invent -- from a pingpong tournament to a chicken wing-eating contest.
For the Nov. 29-Dec. 3 conference in Las Vegas, AWS implemented health measures intended to keep everyone safe. For those who were unable to attend in person, limited virtual options were available, such as keynotes and leadership sessions. Breakout session recordings are now available on demand.
Whether you attended the show in person or virtually, this guide offers the latest news, analysis and expert advice to come out of AWS re:Invent 2021.
