Lauren Trees

Lauren Trees is the principal research lead for knowledge management at APQC, a Houston-based nonprofit that provides expertise on business benchmarking and best practices. She identifies trends in enterprise knowledge sharing and collaboration, researches cutting-edge ways to improve knowledge flow and shares the findings with APQC's members and the knowledge management community at large.
