WNS Global Services (WNS Holdings Ltd) is a Mumbai-based business process outsourcing (BPO) company that provides services to enterprises worldwide.

WNS offers outsourcing services for customer care and engagement, finance and accounting management, legal process outsourcing, procurement and spending, market intelligence, business and financial research, business analytics and IT security. The vertical markets it targets include banking, financial services, insurance, manufacturing, retail, consumer products, transportation, travel, logistics, telecommunications, utilities, and energy.

WNS was originally the back-office support division for British Airways. It was established as an independent business entity in 1996 and Warburg Pincus, a private equity firm, is a principal shareholder in the company today.
