Ammar Maraqa

Ammar Maraqa has served as Splunk's senior vice president of business operations and strategy since 2017 and general manager of IoT markets since 2018. Prior to this role, Mr. Maraqa served as Splunk's vice president of business operations from 2015 to 2017.

Prior to joining Splunk, Mr. Maraqa served as vice president of corporate development and strategy at Cisco from 2008 to 2015. From 2003 to 2008, Mr. Maraqa served as executive director of pricing and business analytics and director of product management at Dell. Earlier in his career, Mr. Maraqa served as a senior associate at Bain & Company.

Mr. Maraqa holds a B.S. from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
