Jennifer Waldo joined GE in 2001 on the Human Resources Leadership Program, where she completed assignments in Union Relations in Lynn, Massachusetts and Corporate Union Relations in Fairfield, Connecticut, preparing and contributing to the 2003 national agreements. Off-program, she held several roles in GE Aircraft Engines in both union and non-union plants in New England before moving to Cincinnati, Ohio to be the HRM for GE Aviation Sales, Marketing and Business Development. From there, she became the HR Leader for the Avionics business in GE Aviation Systems where she helped build the leadership team and supported key initiatives such as the start-up of a JV and the acquisition of Naverus. She was then promoted to become the Organization & Executive Development Leader for GE Aviation where she had responsibility for strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, diversity and executive development for the overall business. Jennifer joined GE Software as the Head of HR in October 2012 where she is tasked with building GE-wide software talent and organizational capability to support GE's transformation as both a hardware and software company and to be a leader in the industrial internet.

Jennifer earned her bachelor's degree in political philosophy and her master's degree in human resources and labor relations from Michigan State University. Jennifer is married to Adam and they have three children, Landon (5), Colin (3) and Miles (1).
