Mary Gorman, vice president of quality and delivery at EBG Consulting, is a business analyst,
facilitator, coach and trainer, with expertise in business systems, product development and Agile
analysis. She is a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) and Certified Scrum Master. Mary
works with global clients, speaks at industry conferences, and writes on requirements topics for
the Agile and business analysis community. She was instrumental in developing the International Institute of Business Analysis'
IIBA Business Analysis Body of Knowledge and IIBA certification exam. Mary serves on IIBA's Body of
Knowledge committee and is leader of its Elicitation subcommittee. She also serves on the team
responsible for creating the CBAP certification exam.
