Matt Oberdorfer

Matt Oberdorfer is CEO at Embassy of Things Inc., which provides the trusted and scalable access for the industrial internet of things (IIoT) needed by industrial operating companies to leverage the power of cloud-based analytics, machine learning and AI technologies by securely and easily tapping into the unrealized value, hidden within operational data.

Matt's prior work experience spans venture-backed and bootstrapped startups in IoT, machine learning, predictive analytics, real-time optimization, social mobile networking and high-performance computing over 15 years. Matt authored five advanced programming books and holds several patents in real-time compression and distributed computing. He started his career at Hewlett-Packard as a product manager, global alliance and marketing manager. Matt received his M.S. in Computer Science from University of Stuttgart.
