David Carroll is managing director of Nominet Cyber. Nominet Cyber delivers the Protective Domain Name System (PDNS) service on behalf of the UK and Australian governments. It is a key element of the UK Active Cyber Defence (ACD) programme, protecting more than 6 million end users within the public sector, including the health and social care network. A security practitioner for over 25 years, David has experience in both military and commercial roles. He began his career in the British Army.
