She is the founder of Nucleus of Change, a boutique consultancy that specialises in helping individuals and organisations to thrive in the digital age and become the leading voice in their industry.
Francine Beleyi gives talks and workshops on personal branding, innovation, leadership, entrepreneurship and digital transformation for corporations, startups and business schools around the world.
She has more than 20 years of international experience across Africa, Europe, the Middle East and Asia, and in the US, working for multinational corporations such as Total, Axa and Bnp Paribas, and supporting entrepreneurial initiatives, not-for-profit organisations and governments.
She holds a master’s degree in organisational consulting and change management, a bachelor’s degree in accountancy and finance, and a degree in computer science.
