Pat Wilbur is the chief technology officer at Hologram. Prior to his current role, Pat architected high-density IoT sensor networks, built cellular IoT infrastructure, secured financial transaction data, architected (state-actor-proof) privacy and anonymity communications systems, helped design network resilience and security modeling/research systems for defense use, researched deployable aerial communications architecture in high-altitude near-space weather balloons (years before Google), and invented the first application containerization system (years before Docker).
