Peter Berg is the VP of business development and strategy at Very Good Security (VGS) where he leads partnerships and new business initiatives. Peter's experience spans both the corporate and startup worlds. Before joining VGS, Peter was at Visa, where he started and grew its global venture capital group, investing and partnering with the most innovative companies in the payments and fintech space and bringing new experiences and products to life. In the startup world, Peter helped create a brand new commercial payments platform, built in part on blockchain, and also expanded acceptance and opened entirely new markets for Square and Visa. He graduated from Stanford University with a degree in mathematical and computational science.
