I wonder when people sleep at HYCU! I have been tracking the company for 2.5 years, and it’s been innovating and introducing new solutions at a very nice clip, demonstrating focused execution.
The company has been growing its GCP business significantly in the past year, and they are now slowly but surely knocking the targets one by one to further position themselves as the go-to BC/DR solution for GCP. The key is to go after mission-critical applications. In this recent release, they just launched the GCP SAP-certified Backint connect for SAP HANA Data Protection as a Service, and it’s available directly from Google Cloud Marketplace.
The Go-To-Market of HYCU is also maturing nicely with the introduction of the HYCU Cloud Services Provider Program for managed service providers and cloud service providers. The Program is designed to leverage HYCU Protégé as a comprehensive data management platform and provides partners a co-branded service so that they can deliver data migration, data protection, and disaster recovery as a service.
This combination of capabilities and program should result in further growth for HYCU in the GCP space.
