She is the author of several books, whitepapers, and articles about Remote Desktop Services. She contributes to the RDS Gurus blog and tweets from @RDSGurus. Kristin has been a Microsoft MVP for Remote Desktop Services (Enterprise Mobility) since 2009 and a Parallels VIPP since 2016.
