MIT is pleased to announce the first digital edition of the MIT Sloan CIO Symposium. With much of the workforce being forced into the digital space over the past year, CIOs proved to be vital for the digital performance of enterprises and satisfaction of end users. For the first time, attendees will have eight weeks of networking, collaboration and discussions around emerging and evolving technologies such as AI, machine learning, big data, cybersecurity and cloud. The 2021 program will also encourage attendees to participate in virtual round-table discussions about the panels as well as other topics of interest. While the core program will be familiar, we will also be innovating and experimenting along the way in the digital space.
- Week one: Introduce the program and allow attendees to orient themselves to the virtual environment.
- Week two through seven: Feature traditional chats and panel discussions.
- Week eight: Program ends with a “town hall” style meeting of all participants.
