Dossia
Dossia is a Web-based framework for storing and managing personal health records (PHR). With Dossia, a qualified individual can aggregate his medical data from insurance claims and pharmacy records and store them in a private, encrypted electronic health record that can be securely accessed over the Internet. Dossia records are stored and served by a modified open-source Indivo server.
Dossia is the product of an independent, non-profit consortium called the Dossia Founders Group. Currently, Dossia records will only offered only to employees, dependents and retirees of the group's founding companies: AT&T, Applied Materials, BP America, Inc., Intel Corporation, Pitney Bowes, Cardinal Health, sanofi-aventis and Wal-Mart.
