TechTarget Files Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering

NEEDHAM, Mass. – February 7, 2007 – TechTarget, Inc. announced today that it has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission relating to the proposed initial public offering of its common stock. The shares are being offered by TechTarget and certain of its stockholders.

Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated and Lehman Brothers Inc. are acting as joint book-running managers, with Cowen and Company, LLC and Piper Jaffray & Co. acting as co-managers for the offering.
