As a global information and services company, the well-being and safety of our employees, members and website visitors, partners, clients and their families all around the world is our #1 priority. We are taking steps to slow the spread of the Coronavirus at all our U.S. and international offices and have put in place new policies and procedures that reflect this effort: Employees have transitioned to a work from home schedule with limited office access only for essential personnel. Additionally, all our employees are provided with the resources and tools they need to perform their jobs remotely and securely. In areas where mandatory shelter-in-place orders are in effect, we have temporarily restricted all access to these offices until further notice. Also, all non-employees have been restricted from visiting any TechTarget offices globally. All travel by TechTarget employees has been put on hold for the foreseeable future. We are using a wide array of virtual and collaboration technologies to stay connected to our colleagues, our clients and other constituencies. We are communicating regularly with our employees and are encouraging them to follow all health and social distancing guidelines put in place by national/federal, state and local agencies. While these are unchartered waters for many businesses, we are committed to making sure we support our extended community to the fullest extent and continue to deliver for our clients during this time.
