Editor's note
HPE Discover 2021 remained an online event this year, with three days of virtual sessions. The conference launched on June 22, with a keynote from CEO and President Antonio Neri. Sessions were available live and on demand for attendees.
The event had an "edge-to-cloud" emphasis, consistent with the vendor's announcement in 2020 that it would be accelerating its work in distributed environments. This was HPE's first conference following its acquisitions of cloud intelligence platform CloudPhysics and SD-WAN leader Silver Peak.
Catch up on the latest news from the virtual event as well as some of the major HPE headlines since the start of the year.
