Chrome Remote Desktop

Chrome Remote Desktop is an extension of the Google Chrome browser that allows a user to remotely see and control another user's remote desktop through the browser window.

Google Chrome and the extension must be installed on the remote computer as well as the controlling computer, and a user must be present at the remote computer to enter an access code provided by the controlling computer.

Google released the first version of Chrome Remote Desktop as a free public beta in October 2011. They described the release as a demonstration of their current technology, for the purpose of gathering feedback from users in preparation for more possible features.
