Exchange Remote Connectivity Analyzer (ExRCA)

The Exchange Remote Connectivity Analyzer (ExRCA) is a Web-based tool that helps Exchange administrators identify and troubleshoot connectivity issues.

Administrators can use ExRCA to test Exchange ActiveSync connectivity, Exchange Web Services connectivity, Microsoft Office Outlook connectivity and Internet email. 

When an administrator determines that he has a connection problem, he can run any of the aforementioned tests. After the test is run, ExRCA locates the origin of the failure and suggests tips on how to troubleshoot the issue. After implementing the tool's tips and suggestions, Exchange administrators should run ExRCA again to make sure that the connection problem has been resolved.
