Ryan Arel

Ryan Arel is former associate site editor for SearchDataCenter. Arel joined TechTarget in April 2021 as assistant site editor for SearchDataBackup and SearchDisasterRecovery before moving to SearchStorage in January 2022. He started on SearchDataCenter in August 2022. Before coming to TechTarget, Arel worked as an intern for GBH with Forum Network in spring 2020 and then with the social media and digital production desk of GBH News in fall 2020. He is a graduate of Suffolk University with a degree in broadcast journalism and a minor in economics, where he served as a news writer, opinion editor and arts editor for the student newspaper The Suffolk Journal.
