SharePoint 2016 is the latest iteration of Microsoft's collaboration and document management platform. The second beta was released on Nov. 18, 2015, and the final version is scheduled for release in the second quarter of 2016. Microsoft increased hybrid cloud functionality in SharePoint 2016 Beta 2 and added new compliance features to manage user documents. It's important to keep in mind that these SharePoint 2016 features are subject to change when the final version hits release to manufacturing.
