The most common type of cyberpicketing is E-mail directed to CEOs or other influential parties. Cyberpicketing can also involve setting up and maintaining a Web site as a way to publicize and organize action. In some cases, cyberpicketing sites have been designed to look like and have domain name s similar to the Web site of the institution that is being picketed against.
